Looking out over the River Yare, Herne Lodge is an owner maintained charming two bedroomed Riverside cottage with private mooring; perfect if you are interested in sailing, fishing or just lazing by the River!

Situated in Brundall, Norfolk, it is easily reached by car or by train and ideally situated for discovering the Norfolk Broads and all it has to offer. A Norfolk cottage holiday to enjoy.

There is off road parking for 2 cars or car and trailer.

35ft private quay heading for fishing or mooring to the front of the property. (You will require your own licence to fish.)

Closed fishing season-15th March to 15th June.

PLEASE NOTE -Fuel costs between 1st May to 30th September and all bed linen is included in the hire charge. Fuel outside of these dates, extra £15 per week.
- NO COIN METERS - ELECTRICITY INCLUDED
Personal towels not included.
