With private, peaceful, waterside grounds facing south across the River Yare and nature reserve.The comfortable sitting room opens onto a south facing veranda and decking area complete with patio furniture for those lazy summer evenings. 

Private mooring for your own craft on quay heading, perfect if you are interested in sailing, fishing or just lazing by the River! Use of rowing dinghy and bouyancy aids included.

Brundall in Norfolk, it is easily reached by car or by train and ideally situated for discovering the Norfolk Broads and all it has to offer. The beautiful city of Norwich approximately 8 miles away is accessabile by train (10 minute ride) or car. Norfolk cottage holiday to enjoy.
